Registration types

As is standard IAM policy, we operate a sector quota system. Once a quota limit is reached, we will be unable to offer a place at IAM Live: Auto IP Europe 2025 to those from the relevant sector.

IP Owner (non-operating), Non-Practicing Entity, Law Firm, Finance & Investment, Patent Pool and Defensive Aggregator: The current rate to attend is £495 and is subject to availability. Registration is limited to two attendees per organisation.

IP Service Provider: The current rate to attend IAM Live: Trade Secret Strategy Europe 2026 is £895, with only 1 space per organisation available. Should more places be required, please contact Graham Day at Graham.Day@LBResearch.com.

The service provider category covers a multitude of organisations including but not limited to patent brokers, analytics companies, consultancies, insurance companies and general service providers.

Cancellation Policy

IAM reserve the right to amend or cancel individual registrations where necessary. Cancellations received in writing 28 days before the event start date will receive a full refund, minus an administrative fee of £50. Cancellations received after this time will receive a credit with IAM Live that can be used toward a future event. This credit must be redeemed within 1 year. Substitutions can be made at any time.

Delegates wishing to cancel their participation for any of the sessions should notify IAM at info@iam-events.com.

*If IAM cancel this event, delegates will receive a full refund on their ticket. However, IAM accepts no responsibility for travel or accommodation bookings.

Please note, IAM never sells delegate lists to third parties, if you are contacted by an organisation offering such lists, please disregard.
