Angela has over 20 years’ experience in handling high-value, complex disputes arising from commercial contracts, often involving technical subject matter, and is regularly instructed by global companies operating in the technology and life sciences sectors. She has particular expertise in advising on and litigating confidentiality/trade secret issues and in the last 12 months has supported a number of multinationals on business-critical matters arising from breach of confidence. Much of Angela’s work has an international element and requires a co-ordinated approach across multiple jurisdictions.
