Alexandre Ribeil is IP senior manager at AMADEUS, leading portfolio strategy and operations across multiple business units. With over fifteen years’ experience in intellectual property, he manages the patent budget and a team of specialists, driving initiatives such as migrating the IP case management system to the cloud, centralising annuities and adapting to IP Box law changes. Mr Ribeil advises on litigation risk, negotiates NDAs and collaboration terms, and supports invention harvesting and patentability assessments. He previously worked at VALEO, where he supervised an IP team handling filings and litigations. He has spoken at trade secret forums organised by IAM and works at the forefront of open source, software patents, copyright, artificial intelligence and database rights. A European and French Patent Attorney and UPC Representative, he holds an LLB, LLM, CEIPI diplomas and engineering degrees from Ecole Centrale De Marseille and IMT Atlantique.
